Room Where It Happens

A book world you would put yourself in

Definitely Harry Potter, the Wizarding World.

The Schuyler Sisters

An underrated female character

I don’t really know. But I would have loved to see more of Luna Lovegood.

My Shot

A character who goes after what they want and doesn’t let anyone stop them

Katniss Everdeen, for sure! She’s so brave and persistent. I love her!

You’ll Be Back

The sassiest villain

Count Olaf from A Series of Unfortunate Events. I hated him but found myself wanting to read more of him. He was bad in an amusing way.

Non-Stop

A series you marathoned

The Hunger Games or Harry Potter.

Satisfied

Favorite book with multiple POVs

Digital Fortress by Dan Brown. I loved the plot of that book. It was a stunning thriller and I found the multiple POVs to be an added bonus!

Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story

A book/series that will be remembered throughout history

HARRY POTTER. Duh. On a more serious note, The Lord Of The Rings is also a worthy opponent.

Helpless

A relationship you were rooting for from the start

I don’t really have one.

Ten Duel Commandments

Book with favorite fight scene

All the books of The Chronicles of Narnia!

Say No To This

Guilty pleasure read

Diary of A Wimpy Kid. How do you sit still when one of those is right beside you?

What Comes Next

A series you wish had more books

A Series Of Unfortunate Events. It just had this sort of brilliant, whimsical and captivating flow to it and I loved every book from that series equally well! The ending was almost perfect (and there are 13 books in the series) but there is no harm in wishing for more now, is there?

Right Hand Man

Favorite BROTP

Percy and Jason from The Percy Jackson series. I loved how they both were so competitive but friendly at the same time.

What Did I Miss

A book/series that you were late to reading

Um…Dork Diaries? But I don’t really regret it because that series isn’t one of my favourites.

Stay Alive

A character you wish were still alive

Will’s father from His Dark Materials by Philip Pullman. This trilogy is a phenomenal set of books.

Burn

The most heartbreaking end to a relationship

I was devastated when Bruno died in The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas by John Boyne. The way the author conveyed it was just heart breaking.

The Reynolds Pamphlet

A book with a twist you didn’t see coming

The Strange Case of Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde. How does one even get over that revelation? It remains one of my most favourite books!

That was all! I’m sorry, it isn’t too long or descriptive. I don’t really have a favourite song from Hamilton. Sorry, Millay, I haven’t watched it either. I have listened to the songs but didn’t really love any.

I tag:
Diamond
Catie
Aanya

The Perilous Pen

As always, no pressure to do it if you don’t want to! Thank you so much for reading!

Ahh, I really need to read more of these books that your mentioned. I’ve read The Hunger Games (actually now re-reading them), The Boy in the Striped Pajames, Dr.Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (of course), Narnia and LOTR. I REALLY want to read Harry Potter, though, which is shocking because I myself can’t even believe I haven’t read it yet, lol. Anyways, great tag and answers! I really enjoyed this.

  2. You don’t like Hamilton?!!! *shun*
Haha! Just kidding. I loved your answers so much! I agreed with so many of them. I’m so glad you did this tag! Which prompt was your favorite? So, one question: Though A Series of Unfortunate Events is on my TBR, I’ve only seen the TV show on Netflix (I LOVE it so much!!!). I was wondering if Count Olaf is depicted similarly in the show as in the book. (Assuming you’ve seen the show or movie. He is portrayed pretty much the same. Of so I’ve heard.) I really appreciate how YOU can appreciate both LOTR and HP. I mean, I sure can’t say that, but I love it when other people can and do. 🙂 Great post! xoxo

    1. Sorry😂
Aw.. thank you so much!! I’m so happy you did! I was afraid of how you react after asking ‘who are you??!?!?’ in the rules😂 Favourite? Maybe the Burn one. That was heart-breaking.
I’m sorry, I haven’t watched the show, just the trailer. I don’t like watching shows in general.. I’m not patient enough to sit through them 😂
From what I saw in the trailer, their appearance matches the description in the books but I can’t say much about the show’s plot.
I think they’re both phenomenal in their own ways! Thank you for tagging me and for taking the time to read!!💕

      1. Haha! Noice! Oh, okay. I understand I’m kinda the same way. A show has to really entrance me from the beginning to make me watch it. Thanks though! Sure thing.

    2. Sorry if I’m being too nosy, but as D said, Hamilton is a Broadway musical about the underrated founding father who created our financial system. Though I know that may sound like a yawner, I’d advise you to check it out. It is a HIGH-quality production. Though it has an acquired taste to it, it is awesome! If you can’t like it for that, it is also very educational and has amazing singers. Just had to put my two sentences in. 😉

      1. Not at all, Millay!! Thank you so much for providing that much better answer!!💕😂
It sounds like a pretty good plot! I heard the songs and while I liked them, I didn’t find myself going back for a second time.🤷😂

      2. You’re welcome. Well, the plot is so good because it is our American history. Duh. 😉 All I can say is “your loss, D.”. Thanks for letting me be nosy.
