The Frozen Tag | Book Tag

I was very kindly tagged by Millay@Millay’s Musings for a tag she created herself. Thank you so much, Millay! I love everything about this movie and the songs are just wow!

Rules:

  • Tag the creator (Check out Millay’s amazing blog here)
  • Answer all the prompts
  • Tag at least 3 people
  • List your favorite Disney song(s)

Frozen Heart

A book that depicts an inanimate object as alive

Beauty and The Beast? Harry Potter? I don’t really remember being impressed by an inanimate object other than the portraits in Harry Potter.

Do You Want to Build a Snowman

A book with a character who never gives up

Since I always include The Hunger Games in most of my posts, I’m going to go with Count Olaf from A Series Of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket. He is just so relentless.

For the First Time in Forever

A book that fills you with longing

Anne of Green Gables! The descriptions just seem so enticing and beautiful!

Love is an Open Door

A book that has a sappy/overdone love story

I don’t really know but I think most ‘Young Adult Fiction’ books have a cliche love triangle. (excluding the Harry Potter series of course!

Let it Go

A book with a MC who finds such joy and power in being free

Katniss definitely!! Or to go with a different choice, I think a lot of Virginia Woolf’s poems are written, based on herself. She wants to be free in a lot of senses and you can sense that passionate desire in a lot of her poems.

Reindeers Are Better Than People

A book with a sassy animal/creature

The Wind In The Willows!! I loved reading that book!

In Summer

A book with a character that is so naive it is loveable

I’m not sure if I would use the word Naive but I loved Wilbur’s character from Charlotte’s Web!

For the First Time in Forever (Reprise)

A book with an argument that you love

The Fault In Our Stars by John Green! A few of the arguments between Hazel and Augustus were quite thoughtful.

Fixer Upper

A book with two imperfect characters that are perfect for each other

Harry Potter? I think Ron and Hermione make such a great couple!

All is Found

A book plot with a mysterious underlying plot

Angels and Demons by Dan Brown! It was a brilliant book, I think I finished it in a day! His books describe the places perfectly, I almost felt as if I were walking through Rome.

Somethings Never Change

A book with a character who literally never experiences a character arc

Anne from The Famous Five by Enid Blyton? Now that I think of it, she would suit the ‘Naive’ prompt as well! But, in this case, I did feel as if she wasn’t growing through the course of the stories.

Into the Unknown

A book that gives you a thrill

The Moonlight Bay trilogy by Dean Koontz, and its first part, Fear Nothing to be specific. I was fascinated by the inclusion of science and it was just thrilling in general!

When I’m Older

A book with a character who is probably too trusting

Rowley from The Diary of A Wimpy Kid series. Wow, I feel like there are so many naive characters now. I think he was easily convinced and a bit dumb at times too.

Lost in the Woods

A book with a hopeless romance

I don’t read books that revolve around romance. Most of the books that i do read already have a couple from the start. So, I can’t think of any books that would suit this prompt.

Show Yourself

A book with a character that experiences an awesome transformation

I feel like the Pevensie siblings from The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S Lewis all underwent a lot of growth throughout the series, literally and figuratively.

The Next Right Thing

A book who’s MC undergoes tremendous pain and rises above it

Most of the books I read end with a character’s death. The only book I can think of is The Hate You Give by Angie Thomas. It was an incredible and thought provoking book.

So, that was all for this tag! I feel like a lot of my choices are repetitive though. Let me know what books you would go for!

I tag:
(Just a tiny note – Introverted Thoughts and I are one person, I just go by a different pen name here because this is my book blog)
The Storybook Sisters
Becky’s Book Blog

A Mug Of Magic
Nicole’s Book Thoughts
Nehal
The Perilous Pen
Sophie
And anyone interested in doing this tag!!

As always, no pressure to do it if you are not interested!Thank you so much for reading!

  4. Personally, I know a lot of people who HATE Frozen but I LOVE it!!! I think I like Frozen 2 better than Frozen 1 but I love all of them!!! I think it is extremely… creative?
    how they did
    Hans, Kristoff, Anna, Sven
as a collage of the name of the person who created the story.
    Hans Christian Anderson!!!!
    I just love fairytales!!!! 😁😁😁

    1. Wow, really?!! I LOVE both the movies too! Yes, absolutely! I felt the second part brought everything together and was as you said, an extremely creative way to conclude the story.
I did not know that!! That is so cool! I knew he was part of those who’d written the story but I didn’t see how the characters’ names came together to read that. I love most of them too!!😂
Thank you so much for taking the time to read and share your thoughts!❤
